Due to the nature of our products, items that expire within 7 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for a refund.

For all other items to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of purchase. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to request a free return shipping label.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or contaminated in any way, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to send a free replacement, regardless of the product’s expiration date.
