Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your pincode serviceability and the net weight of your order. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timelines

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

During sales or promotional events, deliveries may take an additional 5–7 business days due to high volumes.
Please note:
Deliveries to remote areas, including Zone E (North East, J&K, HP), may take longer.
We do not deliver to free zones at this time.

Placed an order? Here's how to track it:

Click on 'My Account'.

Go to 'Order History'.

Select 'View Details' for the order you want to track.

Click on 'Courier Tracking' to see real-time delivery updates.
You can also check your order status using the order number in your confirmation email.
Missed a Delivery?
If you're unavailable when the delivery is attempted:

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If the third attempt fails, the order will be returned to us.
