Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your pincode serviceability and the net weight of your order. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.


Delivery Timelines

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • During sales or promotional events, deliveries may take an additional 5–7 business days due to high volumes.

Please note:
Deliveries to remote areas, including Zone E (North East, J&K, HP), may take longer.
We do not deliver to free zones at this time.


Order Status & Tracking

Placed an order? Here's how to track it:

  1. Sign in to your account on chunmun.in.

  2. Click on 'My Account'.

  3. Go to 'Order History'.

  4. Select 'View Details' for the order you want to track.

  5. Click on 'Courier Tracking' to see real-time delivery updates.

You can also check your order status using the order number in your confirmation email.


Missed a Delivery?

If you're unavailable when the delivery is attempted:

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the third attempt fails, the order will be returned to us.

  • Contact us within 1 working day of the third attempt to reschedule:

Will I Be Charged for Delivery?

Yes, delivery charges apply and are shown clearly during the checkout process. These charges depend on your location and order weight.
